New Job Aid and OnLine Tutorial; Setting Your Cognos Portal View

Early users of Cognos (those who logged in to Cognos before 9am on Wednesday, June 6th) missed out on one last significant update made to the Cognos User Interface.

When you log in, if your portal displays 2 tabs called Public Folder and My Folder, without any graph at the right, then you may have been an early adopter of Cognos who missed out on this update.

A job aid and corresponding online tutorial have been written that show you how to reset your view to the Cognos Reporting Warehouse portal when you log in.
